Repair Services

The Hearing Stores offers quick, low cost repairs on almost any hearing aid. If you think your hearing aid may need repair, even if you didn't buy it from us, we'll be happy to check and repair it if needed.

The hearing aid check is free, and many repairs can be done on-site quickly. Sometimes we can make the repair while you wait. Often the repair will take just a few days.

We're approved by several hearing aid manufactures to do their repairs, so you can be confident that our technicians are trained to work on your hearing aid.

If we aren't authorized to do repairs to your model, we'll send it to a lab that can do the repairs. We don't charge you an additional shipping fee for those repairs we must send out of our facility, just the cost of the repair itself.

Loaner Option

Because we can't always repair your hearing aid while you wait, we have behind-the-ear (BTE) style hearing aid loaners, for those who wear this style, available at no cost.

Although nothing can replace your hearing aid, a loaner will keep you hearing well, while we're making those repairs.

If you live out-of-town, you can send us your hearing aid for testing and repair. We'll return it to you promptly. Just be sure to enclose a note with your name, address, and daytime telephone number, along with a description of the issue.

If you did not buy your hearing aid from The Hearing Stores, check to see if it is still under warranty.

If it is, return it to the place of purchase for any repairs.
